The mission of the Center of Integrated Legal Services and Practices (CILSP) is to promote access to justice, social inclusion, and the well-being of vulnerable individuals and communities, with a particular focus on children, juveniles, and young people. CILSP provides free legal assistance, legal education, psychosocial support, mediation, and restorative practices, empowering individuals to understand, exercise, and protect their rights while fostering their personal and social development.

In addition, CILSP contributes to the strengthening of justice, child protection, and social support systems through research, knowledge creation, technical expertise, advocacy, and capacity-building initiatives. The Centre actively engages in studies, research, and projects addressing historical, social, and cultural heritage issues, promoting the preservation, documentation, and appreciation of cultural values and collective memory.

Through its multidisciplinary approach, CILSP seeks to create lasting positive impact for children, juveniles, young people, families, and communities, encouraging their active participation in civic, cultural, and social life. CILSP operates throughout Albania and primarily delivers its programs through its local offices in Tirana, Lezhë, Korçë, and Gjirokastër Districts.
