The Executive Director

Anjeza Puka, has been graduated in the Faculty of Law in 2016 in Tirana University. She has an extended experience in the notary system, in the banking and real estate contracting and agreements.  Moreover, since 2018 she is the executive director of CILSP and she has been representing the organization with third parties and in different advocacy projects in the justice field. Mrs. Puka has been as focal point specialist of justice area and network in the coalition of civil society organizations “Justice for all”.

                                                                                                                                       

Board Members

Naureda Bajraktari has been graduated in Psychology in 2000 nearby Tirana University. She has a 20 years work experience mainly in child rights civil society organizations projects.  She has dedicated her work especially to services for vulnerable groups, families and children with a special focus in the justice system. She has worked as a forensic psychologist for Tirana District Court. In partnership with NGO in the country and abroad, she has contributed with her expertise in drafting of several guidelines, working protocols for justice professionals in Albania and in preparation of project evaluations, feasibility studies etc. In addition, she has an extended experience in project management. Currently she is the project manager in CILSP and responsible for managing the overall progress of projects of the organization.

 

Pellumb Hyso has been graduated in the Faculty of Law in 1996. He has worked as judiciary police officer nearby Tirane Prosecution office. On 2012, He has finished the master in international and trade right nearby University of New York in partnership with Greenwich University. His work experience as part of civil society has been focused on the provision of legal expertise  and the provision of legal aid for vulnerable groups and especially children and youth. 

 

Esida Hasaj has been graduated in Psychology 2009 nearby Tirana University. She has worked for many years as a psychologist nearby CILSP by assisting children in need and especially children in conflict with the law and their families. Currently, she is a psychologist nearby Mother Teresa Hospital Centre.
